Those documents that are in an adobe format can be printed, as is...no changes needed or wanted.

Those documents that are a "word" document, need to be personalized and if any tracked changes show, they, of course must be removed.

Any nurse who does not know who their State Representative or State Senator is, need only look at www.vote-smart.org. This site lists all lawmakers based on the zip code of the school that you want them to visit. Another way to check is to go to the state web site, as they list legislators by city/town at www.mass.gov/legis.
