(Vision, scoliosis, outbreaks, etc.) Reports to parents, school personnel, physicians, clinics and other agencies on Collaborative health matters Maintains up-to-date cumulative health records on all Assabet Valley Collaborative students Assigns or recruits nurses to develop a pool of per diem nurses as well as to recruit high quality nurses when there is a vacancy. Conducts a minimum of eight (8) annual individual supervision meetings with nursing staff Conducts a minimum of 8 annual nurse meetings Reviews and approves nurse requests for time off, reimbursement, expenditures, etc with Program Administrator for each program Promotes organizational vision and mission in leadership of nursing staff. Makes scheduling decisions for service delivery based on individual student and school needs Exhibits knowledge of clinical theory and its application as it relates to the student's health needs and their relationship to educational access. Maintains professional and consistent oral and written communication with district personnel, central office, families, and nursing staff. Maintains organized files to ensure accuracy, customer satisfaction (families, teams, districts), and follow through on goals/tasks.
